Exercise“Exercise” – possibly one of the words in the English language that is most loaded with meaning.  You could ask 10 different people what it means and you would get 10 distinct definitions.  The crazy part is that they could all be right – it’s a very broad term.  Depending on what you are trying to accomplish, there are a myriad of activities you could do.

What I’m going to focus on here are techniques and methods that I use myself, and let you be the judge if it works for you. Overall, my goal is achieving general fitness and lean strength in a sustainable manner.  If you’re looking to be the biggest guy in the gym, this is probably not for you.

However, if you’re looking to get in shape in a way that you can maintain and still have fun, fully interact with your family and friends, and most importantly make the moms at your kids swim lessons jealous of your wife, then I think I can help.
