FamilyBottom line:  Families put the “Dad” in “FitDads”.  A big part of getting in shape when you’re a Dad is not just for yourself, but also for your family.  Personally I want to be able to play soccer, go to the park, swim, and do all kinds of fun activities with my family without my fitness holding me back.

I know this all sounds great, but you’re probably saying “If I take what little free time I have to work out, I can get in shape, but where does that leave time to do all of those things with my family?”  This is exactly what I’m going to talk about here.  I’ve figured out a few tips and tricks to do just that.  It’s not perfect, and it’s definitely tougher than if you didn’t have those family commitments, but it’s definitely doable.
